"When I was about to renew our Home Owner's policy I noticed that State Farm had sent us a memo about wind mitigation and how it affects insurance premiums. We had an inspector come in, inspect the roof and issue a report, which I then sent to State Farm. With only 20 days to go before our policy ran out, Alana set to work and promptly got their underwriting department to reassess. The reassessment resulted in a whopping 44% reduction in our premium. A big thank you to State Farm and their hardworking employees!"
